We worked on this officially licensed Office Space pin with @rockinpins based on the most infamous stapler of all time from the 1999 Mike Judge classic.
When the film was made, there was no such thing as a red Swingline stapler. The filmmakers simply spray-painted a classic black Swingline.
Office Space was not a hit when it was first released in theaters but has since become a cult classic. Fans began to demand red staplers and finally, in April 2002, Swingline released a red stapler.
